This DAILY SYSTEM IS helpful to someone who has no clue how to get well on a daily basis beyond the nothing they are handed to follow after injury and trauma. I designed a system that helped me compensate the side effects of brain injury, trauma and simply get my life on track. I searched everywhere to find a book that said, step by step what to do to get better every day with traumatic brain injury and trauma. This is the 31 Day System.
